Marco has been in the real estate sector for over 15 years, mainly as investor, managing over EUR3.5bn of assets. During this period he gained extensive experience in investing in listed real estate, Pan-European and on a global basis, investing in Pan-European private equity real estate vehicles and investing in direct real estate. Previously, Marco worked for Fortis Investments, Macquarie, First State Investments and Perennial Real Estate. His most recent position was at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance as a portfolio manager, managing a German residential portfolio and a French residential/retail portfolio. During this time he experienced a need for independent advice on areas like strategy, financing, risk, sourcing and asset management. Setting up NG Real Estate Advice was for him a natural step to achieve the best possible solution for each individual client.
